Annual Bronze Renewal $495.00 + HST
Includes an updated visual inspection, previous-recommendation review, updated score, new photographs, revised action plan and updated report when completed within approximately 12-15 months.
Qualifying Repair Credit
$100.00 Inspection Credit
May be applied toward qualifying JSO repair work valued at $1,000.00 or more before HST.
- Repair work must be approved within 30 days of the inspection.
- The repair must be completed by JSO.
- One credit per inspected property.
- Credit has no cash value and may not combine with every promotion.
- Materials, subcontractors, emergency calls and drain snaking may be excluded unless approved in writing.

Payment, Cancellation & Access
Payment: Due on or before completion of the on-site inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Digital Home Health Report may be released after payment is received in full.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours notice.
Missed appointment fee: $225.00 + HST may apply when access is unavailable, pets are not secured, unsafe conditions prevent service, or cancellation occurs after travel has begun.
Travel: Additional fuel, toll, parking or extended travel charges may apply outside the standard service area and will be disclosed before confirmation.
Inspection Limitations
The Bronze Package is a visual, non-invasive maintenance inspection of readily accessible areas. It is not a municipal inspection, code-compliance certificate, engineering report, environmental assessment or comprehensive real-estate home inspection.
- Hidden leaks, concealed defects and underground conditions may not be visible.
- The inspection does not guarantee future performance of equipment or plumbing.
- Internal equipment components are not dismantled or tested unless separately authorized.
- Water quality is not certified without proper laboratory testing.
- Gas-fired equipment must be serviced by an appropriately licensed gas technician.
- Conditions may change after the inspection date.
- Urgent leaks, gas odours, sewer backups, electrical hazards or active water entry should be addressed immediately by the appropriate qualified professional.
